We stand behind the quality and performance of every product we manufacture. To keep things clear and fair for all customers, the following Return & Exchange Policy applies to both standard retail purchases and custom branded orders.

1. STANDARD (NON-CUSTOM) PRODUCTS

Eligibility for Returns

You may return or exchange any non-customized Kick Ass Fab™ product within 30 days of delivery if:

• The product is unused
• In original packaging
• In resellable condition

Non-Returnable Standard Items

The following retail items are not eligible for return except in cases of manufacturing defect:

• Used knives
• Used sheaths
• Items damaged due to misuse, accidents, or improper storage
• Clearance or final-sale items

Refunds for Standard Returns

Once inspected and approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges for Standard Items

If you need a different size or model, exchanges are free (customer pays return shipping unless otherwise stated during promotions).

2. MANUFACTURING DEFECTS (ALL PRODUCTS)

We cover legitimate manufacturing failures across all products.

• If an item arrives damaged or fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will replace it at no cost.
• Damage caused by misuse, improper sharpening, neglect, or normal wear and tear is not covered.

3. CUSTOM ORDERS

(Branded Beast™ Knife Sheaths, Custom Pins, Custom-Stamped or Logo-Printed Units, Corporate Orders, and Any Modified Product)

Custom orders follow a stricter policy due to the nature of personalized manufacturing.

3.1 Deposit & Refund Structure

• Branded Beast
• 50% Deposit Non-Refundable Once Pins Are Ordered
  After proofs are approved and we place the pin order for your custom run, your 50% deposit becomes non-refundable.
• No Refunds Once Customization Begins
  Once pins are installed on sheaths—or any unit is custom-produced for your order—the order becomes fully non-refundable.

  Once pins are installed on sheaths—or any unit is custom-produced for your order—the order becomes fully non-refundable.

• Your branding changes later
• Your company alters its purchase quantity
• You decide not to distribute or resell the customized units

3.2 Proof Approval

You will receive digital proofs of your custom artwork or logo placement.
Your approval is required before manufacturing begins.

Once approved, no changes can be made without additional costs or restarts.

4. BRANDED BEAST™ SHEATH REPLACEMENT POLICY

Every Branded Beast™ production run includes additional pins specifically for your batch.

4.1 Free Sheath Replacement

If any Branded Beast™ sheath fails, we will replace it at no cost as long as your batch’s pin supply lasts.

4.2 Ordering Additional Sheaths

After your first bulk order:

• You may purchase individual replacement sheaths by phone or email.
• We will continue installing your remaining pins until your batch supply is exhausted.

4.3 New Pin Supply

When your pin inventory runs out:

• A new set of custom pins requires a new minimum-order quantity to restart production.

5. SAMPLE POLICY (NON-REFUNDABLE)

Branded Beast - Free Kick Ass Knife Samples

We provide free Kick Ass Knife samples so you can test the blade and performance before placing a custom order.

Samples are non-returnable and not eligible for refunds.

6. SHIPPING ERRORS OR DAMAGE DURING TRANSIT

If your shipment is lost, incomplete, or damaged:

• Report it within 7 days of delivery
• Include photos of damages when applicable
• We will replace or resend the affected items at no cost after verification

7. HOW TO START A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

To initiate a return, replacement, or claim:

1. Order number
2. Full name
3. Reason for return or exchange
4. Photos, if applicable

We will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions.

8. FINAL SALE ITEMS

No returns or exchanges are accepted for:

• Custom orders (after pin ordering or customization)
• Items marked “Final Sale”
• Used blades or used sheaths
• Gift cards

9. RESTOCKING FEES

Standard (non-custom) returns may be subject to a 10% restocking fee if packaging is damaged or missing.

Custom orders never qualify for refunds and cannot be restocked.
