Warranty Policy
Kick Ass Fab™ & Branded Beast™ Warranty Policy
We stand behind the quality and performance of all Kick Ass Fab™ and Branded Beast™ products. All warranty claims must be submitted within 12 months of the original purchase date.
Kick Ass Fab reserves the right to repair or replace defective items at our discretion. Proof of purchase may be required.
What Is Covered
This warranty covers true manufacturing defects, including:
- Structural failures not caused by misuse
- Material defects
- Production errors impacting the safe function of the product
If approved, we will repair or replace the defective item at no cost.
What Is Not Covered
The following conditions are not considered manufacturing defects and are not covered under warranty:
1. Misuse, Abuse, or Improper Handling
Including but not limited to:
- Using the knife or sheath for unintended purposes
- Excessive force or prying
- Modifying or tampering with components
2. Cosmetic Wear from Normal Use
Examples:
- Scratches
- Finish wear
- Minor abrasions
- Discoloration from handling or storage
3. Alterations or Custom Modifications
Any change made by the customer or third party voids the warranty.
4. Lost or Stolen Items
We cannot replace or compensate for items lost or stolen.
5. Branded Beast™ Pin Attachment (IMPORTANT)
Branded Beast logos and pins are bonded to sheaths using 3M VHB industrial tape.
This adhesive is engineered for long-term performance when used as designed.
However:
If a worker pries, picks, peels, or forcibly removes the pin or logo from the sheath, this is considered user damage and is not covered under warranty.
This includes:
- Attempting to remove the pin by pulling or twisting
- Prying the edges of the badge or tape
- Any intentional or accidental removal caused by handling, fidgeting, tool use, or force
Only true adhesive failures without external force qualify for review.
Submitting a Warranty Claim
To submit a claim, email support@kickassfab.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos or video showing the issue
- A brief description of what occurred
Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.
